Word up. Been up since half 7 this mornin tending to this bread. Tasted one of the rolls already and it's divine. Yowza i've had the perfect weekend. Literally just been baking and eating. Mmnmm. These are straight from the oven so haven't had a chance to even taste the buggers yet. I expect they will all be gone by this afternoon! Happy weekend. Betty x

Goats cheese thyme and onion bread

Jeez. Made it yesterday. It's so lovely. The oozing of the goats cheese made my mouth water. It's soooo easy to make. If anyone wants the recipe let me know. And had it for breakfast with a poached egg on top. I love baking! Mmnmm

Golden syrup ice cream

Please if anyone has tried this let me know. I love the able version so i can only love the bloody ice cream version. ..right? May have to try it one day while i'm on a romantic night in. Basically never then. Meh? Anyone heard me speed hating similar to speed dating but you just but all the Shit and get a minute to say what you hate then they get a minute. Nacho's nacho's nacho's?..

Th best nacho's but this is the way i like them. No jalepenoes loads of gumph and a sachet of mint sauce on the side. Sounds bazaar but trust me it works. Washed down with some ole cider. Perfect. Have a good weekend. Peace. Betty x

Best toothpaste ever. Fact

If yo haven't tried it. Try it. It's amazing. Been using it for a few years now and if i ever forget to take it on a weekend break (kim's birthday when we stayed in a hostel and Nicked some yank's) and use some sort of minty replacement. My pegs and gum's feel let down. I now buy two at a time to make sure this never happens. Anyone else use it? Thing is i'm a right sucker for packaging. X betty x

Crazy Rainham man,

I'd like to formally introduce to you the crazy man of Rainham. I often See him either singing to himself 'what shall we have for tea' whilst i'm heading to the alcohol isle me tesco and lunging outside the church in a full santa outfit....in february. apologies in the delay between blogs! you see, the only way i can upload blog items during the working hours is through my very clever and slightly spack phone. (the keypad melted whilst i accidently left it on the balcony on holiday!!....and is currently holding on literally by a thread of mankey glue.. you know, like when your baby teeth were holding on my that little bit of thing!!

general update ..

ive finally broken my Nando's virginity, just to see what all the fuss is about...it was ok, chicken in a pitta is basically chicken in a pitta, no matter how you cook it..(the grilled hollumi was pretty ace though!)

the hymen of my steak virginity hasnt been broken yet either...yes, i really said ive never had a steak..one day!

i go on holiday (again) in only 24 days

there is something quite satisfying about being a pest re job applications!

i'm being stalked on facebook by someone i work with and is snitching on me, therefore i go on it even more and talk openly about how much i hate my job....and the people i work with!
