Y, so basically my sony ericsson went up shit creek, ie keypad fucked and freezes all the time so i traded it in and got a blackberry! jeeees, basically i love it, and i havent yet discovered the blogspot application function so when i get it up and running i will be sure to post some crap that mates me...just me laugh and ponder!

malia fluuu..GEL

Hi there people, so a week has passed and all i have to show for it is a couple of euro's... a bottle of jagermeifer (currently chilling in the fridge) a bottle of Rekekka (crete's finest sammy b!) and a ten pack of Flugel (energy drink from the netherlands!) OH and a bout of Malia Flu! how delightful!!

So yes, ive been in Malia for a lovely relaxing holiday..NOOOOOT, completely opposite i hit it hard and now have some kind of flu! mmmm.. sickie at work tomorrow i think! so many stories from malia, none for your ears though, me the the Dibb had a super time lets put it that way!

ive been out of the game for a week now and feeling all crappy, so today i bought myself a blackberry, ill post updates and things that make me laugh even more than usual..next round of baking begins next week, im looking into some kind of coffee/raspberry based cake..not together mind! keep you posted..

p.s..going to birmingham in a couple of weeks, gonna be a blast,

Mmnmm freshly baked bread

Word up. Been up since half 7 this mornin tending to this bread. Tasted one of the rolls already and it's divine. Bring on the bread and jam (of the plum variety that i will be making shortly with plums from steph's nan's tree) woo. Keep you lot posted. Thinkin me joining the WI to get some tips! Whey

Oozing chocolate muffins

Yowza i've had the perfect weekend. Literally just been baking and eating. Mmnmm. These are straight from the oven so haven't had a chance to even taste the buggers yet. I expect they will all be gone by this afternoon! Happy weekend. Betty x

Goats cheese thyme and onion bread

Jeez. Made it yesterday. It's so lovely. The oozing of the goats cheese made my mouth water. It's soooo easy to make. If anyone wants the recipe let me know. And had it for breakfast with a poached egg on top. I love baking! Mmnmm

Golden syrup ice cream

Please if anyone has tried this let me know. I love the able version so i can only love the bloody ice cream version. ..right? May have to try it one day while i'm on a romantic night in. Basically never then. Meh? Anyone heard me speed hating similar to speed dating but you just but all the Shit and get a minute to say what you hate then they get a minute. Then another minute to discuss. How Hilair. And then what about this date in the dark malarky. God doesn't it round funny. I really want to do it.someone set me up please.
